Gentlemen:

I would like to recommend Tri-Star Investment Company, specifically Rick Tomljenovic and Ken Edwards. During the Design and Construction of the Ft. McDowell Yavapai Nation RV Park and Hotel Project we worked with both of these individuals on a daily basis. The project lasted approximately two years, and as a team we solved many of the issues which arise on this type of project. On many occasions we presented our options to the Tribal Council, and together we learned the process to adapting and respecting the decision making of the Native American Culture.

Tri-Star handled the sales and marketing of the new hotel working together with the Radisson people and the Design team, showing flexibility to provide the best solution to different issues with compromise. They developed an outstanding staff that now operates the hotel on a daily basis. Their knowledge of the hotel business has played a big role in the success of the hotel.

We can truly recommend them for any other hotel project, and especially if it is on Tribal Lands.
